IN-PRESENCE EVENTS

1. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made within four weeks before the start of the course will not involve refunds.
2. Full refund of the course will be made only in case the course is canceled by the organizers.
3. The organizers, the centers where the courses take place, Animal Talk Italia, Andrea Contri, and the staff cannot be held responsible for any personal injury and/or loss/damage to personal property during the course.
4. You will work with living animals, they are all friendly and used to interacting with humans. We are committed to making this experience stress-free and comfortable for all the animals that will come to help us during the course. We ask you to be respectful and aware of their presence throughout the course.
5. Our own animal companions are not allowed during the course. This is to allow participants to fully concentrate on learning and to allow the animals we will host to live this experience in the least invasive way possible.
6. During the courses/seminars meals will be vegetarian and alcoholic beverages are not allowed. It will be concern of the participants to report any intolerances.
7. We invite you to indicate the postal address to which the free teaching materials (where applicable) will be delivered. Animal Talk Italia will not be held responsible for any non-delivery caused by the presence of: incorrect addresses, poor postal services or accidental losses after delivery. It is possible to request a second delivery of the material at a cost of €12.00 including VAT.
8. During the live events, at the discretion of the organizers, there may be moments in which photos and video footage will be taken and used in institutional channels (e.g. Social Networks, Newsletters and Websites).
The use of these materials is exclusive property of Animal Talk Italia. If you don't want to appear, we ask you to let us know when you register. On the website www.animaltalkitalia.it you can get an idea of the previous materials created which have the purpose of testifying and sharing the experiences made together and, last but not least, providing a pleasant memory for the participants.
9. In cases where a course/seminar/event in presence is the subject of a gift to a third person, it will be the responsibility of the person giving the gift to make sure that they have read the points listed above.

 

ONLINE EVENTS
1. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. It will be possible to take advantage of the registration through which to live the experience in which it was decided to participate.

2. The sharing of any recordings will be organized by Animal Talk Italia and will have a limited number of days.
3. In case of cancellation of the event or interruption due to errors in the organizer's internet network, Animal Talk Italia will take care of redefining a new day in which to reschedule the event.
4. We invite you to indicate the postal address to which the free teaching materials (where applicable) should be delivered. Animal Talk Italia will not be held responsible for any non-delivery caused by the presence of: incorrect addresses, poor postal services or accidental losses after delivery. It is possible to request a second shipment of the material at a cost of €12 including VAT.
5. Online events and related registrations are to be considered exclusively personal and cannot be shared with third parties. Shared participation during an online event is possible subject to the registration of all the participants present.
6. We ask the participants who will connect to activate the webcam to allow the organizers and other participants to have direct contact.
7.Each participant will be directly informed about recorded events before accessing the virtual rooms. Access is equivalent to consent to participate in the registration.
8. In cases where an online event is the subject of a gift to a third person, it will be the responsibility of the person giving the gift to make sure that they have read the points listed above.

 

CONSULTATIONS
1. Animal Talk Italia and Andrea Contri do not intend to provide indications or remedies that in any way intend to replace the indications provided by the treating medical facilities. Animal Talk Italia and Andrea Contri have no medical expertise. Any indications received during the communication sessions must be weighted and evaluated in accordance with the personal medical record and are not intended as a substitute for any existing medical indications.
2. The sharing of messages must be evaluated as food for thought to then implement any actions in everyday life that the person or family who takes care of the animal will evaluate according to their own experience and knowledge of the specific case.
3. In one-to-one personal consultations, as well as in those with our animal companions, very personal information may be shared. Let's remember that in both cases it is important to listen deeply to the information received in order to evaluate whether or not it resonates with one's own experience. During communications, the following are shared: ideas, reflections, suggestions, possibilities and it will never be indicated to make one choice rather than another. It is the responsibility of whoever receives the information, to evaluate it, listen to each other and in a state of full consciousness and listening to the heart, make the choices that most resonate on a personal level or for one's pet.

4. In cases of illness it is underlined that through communications the intention is not to provide healing but to operate remotely or in person by offering energy support.
5. The recordings of the consultations will be used to allow those who use this service to be able to listen to the shared messages. Recordings are intended for personal use only.
6. In cases where a consultancy is the subject of a gift to a third person, it will be the responsibility of the person giving the gift to make sure that the points have been read

previously listed.
